Departure + Return Concierge Package

We ensure your yacht is fully serviced, operational, and ready for immediate use prior to your arrival. This includes fuel top-off, freshwater tank replenishment, and verification of onboard systems functionality. Waste and septic systems are inspected and emptied as needed to ensure compliance and usability.

A light interior and exterior cleaning is performed, including wipe-down of surfaces, deck rinse, and removal of any debris. Essential consumables and requested provisions are stocked, and onboard inventory is checked for completeness.

Final readiness checks are conducted to confirm the vessel is in proper working order, allowing for a smooth and efficient departure without delays.

Hand us the keys, we take care of the rest. After your return, we restore the vessel to baseline condition and prepare it for storage or its next outing. This includes septic pump-out, greywater management, trash removal, and replenishment of fuel and water as required.

We perform a light cleaning of interior and exterior spaces, ensuring the vessel remains well-maintained and presentable. Inventory levels are reviewed and restocked, and any operational issues or maintenance needs identified during use are documented for follow-up.

The vessel is secured, systems are checked, and all utilities are properly managed to maintain safety, longevity, and readiness for future use.
