Our passion for serving others began long before Anchor Watch. Patrick proudly served our country in the military for 20 years, where accountability, precision, and trust became second nature. Today, those same values guide every aspect of our business.

Our family is also shaped by service beyond boating. Our youngest team member, Finnlay, lives with Type 1 diabetes, reminding us every day of the importance of reliability, preparation, and showing up for the people who count on us. Allison is currently pursuing a degree in marketing at Washington State University, bringing fresh ideas and modern communication to the business while helping Anchor Watch continue to grow for the next generation.
